Owner’s right of cancellation of the transaction authorized and verified is ten (10) days from the date of you receive our written confirmation of the sale, which is generally the same day as your purchase. After which time any and all monies paid to International Timeshare Network is non-refundable.
Upon refund request to our customer service department, and approval, client will be refunded. We will begin the refund process within 72 hours of approving the refund and you will receive your refund within 30 days of such request.

PLEASE BE ADVISED that refund requests will not be processed if left on a voicemail. Please be sure to personally speak with a customer service representative to ensure the proper and timely processing of refund requests.
